How to make a return

• All returns have to be registered at manushieyewear.com/return.
• To register your return, you need to follow the link below. Enter the email address you used when placing your order and enter the 6-digit code that will be sent to you.
• All returns have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies to full-priced and sale items.
• All items must be returned in their original condition as well as with the additional packaging such as box, case, pouch, and cloth. Worn items will not be accepted for return.
• When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
• Returns must be sent back using the return slip that is being sent from us after your return request has been approved.
• We will charge a non-refundable return fee. To see the return fee, please see the table under Return cost.
• We will refund your return within 10 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
• Drop off your package at your nearest DHL access point.

If you want to exchange an item for a different model or color, please return it and place a new order.

Complaint
If you think your order is damaged upon delivery, please reach out to customercare@manushieyewear.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
