Cancelling your order

Once you have placed your order, you cannot cancel your order yourself. If you would like to cancel your order, or if you have placed your order through guest checkout, you need to email us at customercare@manushieyewear.com. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order in time before it has gone through our system. You always have 14 days right of return from when you have received the order. Our system can cancel your order for various reasons. Some of these reasons are;

• Incomplete contact information
• We cannot ship to the address provided
• Item(s) are not available
• Problems with your payment method

Gift card

Our gift cards are an online purchase and you will receive the gift code directly after purchase to your given e-mail. The purchase of a gift card therefore cannot be returned and is excluded from our 14 days return policy. The gift card is valid for 2 years from the day of purchase.

Changing your order

Once you have placed your order, you cannot change your order yourself. If you would like to change your order, or if you have placed your order through guest checkout, you need to email us at customercare@manushieyewear.com. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order in time before it has gone through our system. You always have 14 days right of return from when you have received the order. Why can't I proceed with my payment?

One of the reasons could be that you're trying to place an order from a country or region that we're currently not delivering too. Although our goal is to ship worldwide, we're not there just yet. To see which countries we're delivering to, please click here. 

Or if you're experiencing issues with your payment method, please contact your bank or PayPal. 

Payment methods

If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, the payment will be debited from your card once you have placed the order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We are using secure payment.
