Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return must be handed over to the courier or scanned at a service point within these 14 days. This applies to full-priced and sale items.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, as well as with the additional packaging such as box, case, pouch, and cloth. The sunglasses must only be tried on carefully. Worn items will not be accepted for refund. 

If you wear makeup, please try on the sunglasses when you are not wearing makeup.

For a return to be approved, the orange seal attached to the sunglasses must be intact.

All returns need to be registered at manushieyewear.com/return. You do not need to have an account to register your return. When you are entering manushieyewear.com/return you need to fill in the email address you used when placing your order and enter the 6-digit code we will send to the same email address. The return process is the same whether you have an account or not.

When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage. Returns must be sent back using the return shipping label sent from us after your return request has been accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will charge a non-refundable return fee. To see the return fee, please see the table under Return cost.

Gift card

Our gift cards are an online purchase and you will receive the gift code directly after purchase to your given e-mail. The purchase of a gift card therefore cannot be returned and is excluded from our 14- day return policy. The gift card is valid for 2 years from the day of purchase.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and within 24 hours contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, as well as with the additional packaging such as box, case, pouch, and cloth. Worn items will not be accepted for refund.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@manushieyewear.com.

Uncollected packages
All uncollected packages will be charged for all costs related to the shipment such as delivery costs and return costs, as well as any taxes and duties.

Repeated returns
We keep track of the number of returns made by our customers and reserve the right not to carry out future orders if we suspect it violates our terms of service.
